1. डिजिटल सेवाओं के लिए रिफंड नियम
- TatkalRoom पर खरीदा गया 00 का एक डिजिटल सेवा (Digital Service) है।
- एक बार पेमेंट पूरा होने और पार्टनर पास एक्टिवेट होने के बाद, पेमेंट वापस (Refund) नहीं किया जाएगा।
2 . विशेष परिस्थितियों में रिफंड (Exceptions)
यदि आपके खाते से पैसा कट गया है लेकिन:
- पेमेंट फेल हो गया और पार्टनर पास या लिस्टिंग एक्टिवेट नहीं हुई।
- एक ही प्लान के लिए गलती से दो बार पेमेंट कट गया।
ऐसी स्थिति में, आप 24 से 48 घंटे के भीतर अपने Transaction ID और स्क्रीनशॉट के साथ हमारे सपोर्ट ईमेल पर संपर्क करें। जांच के बाद अतिरिक्त कटी हुई राशि 5-7 कार्य दिवसों (Working Days) में आपके मूल भुगतान खाते में वापस कर दी जाएगी।
3 . रूम की वैधता (15-Day Expiry Rule)
- प्रत्येक रूम की लिस्टिंग 15 दिनों के लिए वैध (Active) रहती है।
- 15 दिनों में यदि आपका रूम किराये पर नहीं जाता है , तो आप दुबारा से अपने रूम को लिस्ट कर सकते है , बिना कोई चार्ज दिये आप 6 महीने मे कितने भी रूम लिस्ट कर सकते है |

- The 00 on TatkalRoom is a digital service.
- Once the payment is completed and the Partner Pass is activated, no refund will be provided.
2 . Refunds in Special Circumstances (Exceptions)
If money has been deducted from your account, but:
- The payment failed, and the ‘Partner Pass’ or listing was not activated.
- Payment for the same plan was deducted twice by mistake.
In such cases, please contact our support team via email within 24 to 48 hours, providing your Transaction ID and a screenshot. Following verification, any excess amount deducted will be refunded to your original payment account within 5–7 working days.
3 . Room Validity (15-Day Expiry Rule)
- Each room listing remains valid (active) for 15 days.
- If your room is not rented out within 15 days, you can list it again; you can list as many rooms as you like over a period of 6 months, at no extra charge.
